There have been many requests for fitness based programs, which do not contain any specific racing goals.
Below are two fitness cycling programs. They can be started any time of the year. They are designed to develop basic fitness.
The optional strength supplement is a basic resistance training program which can be added to either fitness program, 1 – 3 sessions per week.
