Muscles: Quadriceps / Knee Extensors

Instructions:







  1. Adjust bench for fit.

  2. Sit on the bench, hook feet under rollers.






  1. Extend knees deliberatly and with steady effort.

  2. Lower slowly

  3. Repeat


Cautions: Avoid arching the back.
